Terrible. I am disabled and need a service dog to survive (I have a medical condition). Here in DF there are laws in place to protect us from discrimination. No respect for the Laws of the city which were put in place to protect us from this.

They handed me a fake 200 bull with my change, I showed the woman, and she claimed it was real and would not change it. When I went to use at the oxxo, they refuse to accept because it indeed is a fake. That woman is corrupt.

Two big problems in this branch: 1) the staff is not trained. It takes up to 20 minutes to fill a prescription. They do not follow processes. The line can be very long and yet they don't rush. The worst thing as a customer is going at night; The area itself is quite unsafe, and the employees take a long time. They don't have change, or they ask for the card PIN. 2) the pharmacy has never been cleaned... to say that it is dirty is the least... the floor is disgusting. It is incredible that the brand does not take care of or supervise the franchises...

Today visit this branch to buy at the time of ordering the medicine the Annoyed lady asks me if it's all I pay for the product and says she has no change she returned my money and I take the pills back I didn't have the courtesy to ask if there was another form of payment I just decided that she wasn't going to sell me the pills it's annoying Why is this not the first time that this has happened? Previously, I asked for four enzures and I paid the same with a 500 bill.
